Held in rock, in British Columbia, for longer than we've been bottling it.
Rain and snowmelt fall on the Coastal Mountain Range and then disappear, working down through rock, slowly, out of reach and out of the weather. What comes back out has been filtered by the mountain itself. Nothing added on the way through, nothing needed.
We bottle it in Delta, close to where it surfaces, and then leave it alone. One ingredient. No chlorine, so none of that swimming pool note at the back of the throat. No fluoride, no additives, nothing that announces itself.
It's light. Light enough to disappear, which is exactly what you want beside good food, and exactly what people notice without being able to say why.
